- Identify new business opportunities;
- Follow-up regularly with clients;
- Manage and follow-up with consultants;
- Define strategies and business plans to accomplish business goals;
- Plan and manage budgets;
- Contribute to talent retention, supporting the Human Resources strategy;
- Follow the Recruitment and Selection processes.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, preferably in Outsourcing companies;
- Knowledge of the IT market;
- Knowledge of the UX market (highly valued but not mandatory);
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to easily create close relationships with consultants and clients;
- Native level of Portuguese.
- Fluent English.
