Product Designer

Lisbon, Remote

We are looking for a Product designer with a taste and sensitivity for visual content. We need someone experienced in designing web and mobile interfaces and with great interest in research activities (previous experience will be appreciated). More than mastering design and prototyping tools, our new designer must have great motivation to learn and should be comfortable with presenting reports and defending proposals, standing up for their ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research activities, such as interviews and online surveys.
  • Analyze research data and turn it into user flows and customer journey maps, as starting points for product design.
  • Design wireframes and mockups for different screens and devices.
  • Create, test and iterate interactive prototypes.
  • Monitor product development and creation, from ideation to launch.
  • Work with the visual design and product management teams.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in UX/UI projects.
  • Experience working on highly complex B2B web applications.
  • Excellent visual culture.
  • Solid knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Interest in UX.
  • Experience with a product that is also software (eg outsystems)
  • Native level of Portuguese.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to present reports and proposals in a clear and engaging way.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to organize ideas, prioritize tasks and be autonomous.
