- Identify new business opportunities;
- Follow-up regularly with clients;
- Manage and follow-up with consultants;
- Support on the definition of strategies and business plans to accomplish business goals;
- Contribute to talent retention, supporting the Human Resources strategy;
- Follow the Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Knowledge of the IT market (preferred);
- Knowledge of the UX market (highly valued but not mandatory);
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to easily create close relationships with consultants and clients;
- Native level of Portuguese;
- Fluent English.
