- Experience writing for different interface components;
- Experience writing communication pieces for several channels, at different moments in the user journey;
- Knowledge of UX concepts;
- Ability to write for different audiences, following brand style and voice consistently;
- Knowledge of design principles;
- Knowledge of SEO;
- Excellent communication skills;
