Before joining Hyphen, Pedro worked in several fields, from construction to agriculture (we can say he’s a real jack-of-all-trades). He’s passionate about sustainability, circular economy and dogs. Pedro grew up in Sintra, so we have a clue about where his love of nature comes from.

With a background in journalism and a love for food, Rita sure knows how to cook up a story. She’s passionate about 3 things: her dogs, working in HR and… soup. That’s right: she can eat a full bowl for breakfast, so we think it’s serious.

Norton considers himself a Kanguru, jumping from graduation to graduation: IT, Marketing, and Human Resources.
He’s a Brazilian living in Portugal for five years. Although he already knows what a “pastel de nata” is, he still cheers for Flamengo, a Brazilian football club.

Rita’s a grounded individual who excels when working under pressure. She treats Tuesdays as the beginning of her week and finds a sense of balance and clarity on palindrome-inspired Fridays.

He is always seeking new experiences, cultures, and connections, fueled by an insatiable passion for exploration. When he’s not busy conquering marketing campaigns, you’ll find him immersed in binge-watching sessions, devouring entire series in one go.
