How registration works
You register by completing the registration form and paying the registration fee. Your registration is only confirmed once we receive and validate your payment.
Each registration is personal and corresponds to one individual seat. Seats are limited and filled in order of confirmed registration.
Cancellation by you
To cancel, send a written request to marketing@hyphenteam.com with your name, the workshop you're registered for, and the IBAN for the refund. The date of your email is what counts.
Cancelling by 11:59pm on October 14, 2026 (15 days before the event) entitles you to a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the workshop do not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part. By then, the costs of your seat are already committed: catering, venue, materials and other services contracted based on the number of participants.
How refunds are processed
Where a refund is due, it is made by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days. If an invoice has already been issued, we'll issue the corresponding credit note, which cancels the previous invoice.
Substituting a participant
Whenever possible, we can accept another person taking your place, as long as the substitution is communicated to us in advance.
- Email marketing@hyphenteam.com with the name, email and phone number of the person replacing you, ideally at least 48 hours before the event so we can update check-in.
- Substitution involves no refund and no additional payment.
- Any payment arrangement between you and your replacement stays between the two of you.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to force majeure, unavailability of the venue or facilitator, insufficient participants, or other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable to hold it. We'll communicate any cancellation or change as soon as possible.
If we cancel, you're entitled to a full refund of the registration fee — or, by agreement, you can transfer your registration to a new date of the workshop.
Not showing up
Not attending the workshop without cancelling in advance does not entitle you to a refund. Leaving the workshop before it ends doesn't, by itself, entitle you to a refund either.
